The parts2clean in Stuttgart is one of the first trade show that will open its doors to visitors on 5 - 7 Oktober 2021. SITA Messtechnik GmbH presents in hall 4, stand C20 customized process solutions and mobile measuring devices for defining and monitoring the quality affecting process parameters cleaner concentration, bath contamination, parts cleanliness as well as wettability.

Stable assurance of process and product quality For monitoring the process liquids, the SITA DynoTester+ measures the surface tension as well as the surfactant concentration fast and easy and warns in case of crossing upper and lower limit values. The SITA ConSpector controls the contamination degree of cleaning and rinsing baths. The SITA SurfaSpector and SITA CleanoSpector are used to control the parts surfaces with the parameters cleanliness and wettability. Both devices measure selectively and precisely on functional surfaces of parts with various geometries. |
