Product description

The SITA DynoTester is a robust and easy to handle Tensiometer for measuring the process parameter surface tension or concentration of surface active agents in process liquids.

The mobile measuring device is used especially for atline routine measurements at the plant:

An efficient battery guarantees a mobile use of at least 10 hours. The device saves up to 25 data sets. For documentation purposes, an optional windows software transfers measuring data to the computer. Measuring deviations caused by operating errors can be avoided due to a clearly and logical designed touch pad and a pre-determination of the bubble lifetime. Responsible persons are allowed to regulate the readjustment of measuring parameters.

Furthermore, a windows software, SITA DynoLog, is available to be used with the Tensiometer SITA DynoTester.

The tensiometer measures the dynamic surface tension of liquids based on the bubble pressure method. The device adjusts the chosen bubble lifetime automatically without a drift and a manual readjustment. Everybody is able to operate this measuring device.

Measuring principle

 

Like all SITA Tensiometer, the SITA DynoTester is based on the bubble pressure method for measuring the dynamic surface tension of liquids.

Therefore, as it can be seen in the picture, an air stream is lead through a capillary into the process liquid and the pressure development for the bubble generation is measured. (more...).

Application

 

The picture shows the application of the SITA DynoTester for an atline control of degreasing and rinsing baths of an parts cleaning plant.

The SITA DynoTester is especially used for the following applications:

- Monitoring the surfactant component of a cleaning agent (industrial parts cleaning)
- Monitoring of wetting agents in a nickel-bath (electroplating industry)
- Control of wetting agents is etchant processes (semi-conductor industry)
- Monitoring of IPA-concentration in texturing baths (photovoltaic industry)

Software

The Windows-Software SITA DynoLog allows a comfortable access to all functions of the SITA DynoTester.

Measuring data can be adjusted and measuring values can be readout.
